Social Campaign

• The Ask: Day to day social media management with the ultimate goal to expand the fan base, create interactivity and keep the tradition alive of this East Lansing landmark.
• The Answer: Along with Facebook, we placed more stock in Instagram and Twitter. Through the use of strategically placed social ads and giveaways, we would dramatically increase our social reach. And by positioning Crunchy’s as a resource for food and drink, users will be sure to come back.
• Outcome: By creating a fun, lighthearted, and sometimes sarcastic social voice, we have positioned Crunchy’s as the place to be on the campus of Michigan State University. And while we advertise, the ads don’t feel like your traditional intrusive ad. Instead they appear inviting and fresh.
