Quality Dairy

• The Ask:  Create a new, fresh social presence and voice while positioning Quality Dairy as the supreme ruler of the mid-Michigan convenience store category.
• The Answer: A more aggressive social presence was our answer. Breaking into the mediums of Instagram and Twitter were deemed necessary to reach the younger demographic. We placed more effort on creating engaging content such as photos and social graphics.
• Outcome: The engagement and fan base has increased tenfold. Quality Dairy Facebook fan page likes have shot from 35,000 to more than 45,000. By personally responding to social users to solve their in-store problems, users are feeling a boost in customer service as well.
